At Modularsweet, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it.
The item should be:
- unused and unworn;
- free from obvious signs of use or damage;
- accompanied by original tags and labels where applicable;
- returned in its original packaging where applicable; and
- in a condition suitable for resale.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive another product is generally to return the original item and, once the return is approved, place a separate order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it without providing a reason, subject to applicable law.
The item should generally be returned in the same condition in which it was received and in its original packaging where applicable.
This statutory right does not affect any additional rights available under our 30-day return policy.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will generally be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Return Shipping Costs
Unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
