At Modularsweet, our goal is to provide reliable and convenient shipping options to customers around the world.

We work with trusted logistics partners to process and deliver orders as efficiently as possible.

The estimated delivery time consists of two parts:

Order Processing Time

After your order is placed, we will verify the order information, prepare your items, conduct a basic quality check, and package the products for shipment.

Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

During periods of high order volume, holidays, promotions, or other exceptional circumstances, processing may take up to 5–7 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information where available.

Shipping Time

Shipping time refers to the estimated period between the shipment of your order and its arrival at your delivery address.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your destination, shipping carrier, customs processing, and selected shipping method.

Our current estimated shipping options are:

  • Free Shipping: approximately 15–20 business days
  • Standard Shipping: approximately 15–20 business days — $6.99
  • Express Shipping: approximately 7–12 business days — $7.99

The final shipping options and charges available for your order will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number after your order has been shipped.

You may use the tracking information to follow your shipment through the carrier's website or through the order status information associated with your purchase.

Please allow some time after shipment for tracking information to become active.

Shipping Delays

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Occasionally, delivery may be delayed due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

  • severe weather;
  • customs inspections;
  • carrier delays;
  • public holidays;
  • natural disasters;
  • international transportation disruptions;
  • local delivery restrictions; or
  • other unforeseen events.

In exceptional situations, processing or shipping may require up to an additional 7 business days.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs charges, VAT, or other taxes imposed by the destination country or region.

These charges are separate from the shipping fees paid at checkout and, unless otherwise stated, are the responsibility of the customer.

Because customs rules and tax requirements vary between countries, Modular Sweet cannot determine or guarantee whether additional fees will apply.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Modular Sweet is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information shows no updates for an extended period or you believe your shipment may have been lost, please contact us.

We will work with the relevant carrier to review the situation and assist where reasonably possible.
